- We have an outstanding relationship with the Renaissance Hotel here in Carmel. If you would like to book directly with the Renaissance, you can contact their youth athletics’ sales manager, Rachel Romero by emailing her at rachel.romero@pyramidglobal.com, or calling 317-814-2514. Rachel can help you apply Bonvoy points to your booking, arrange meal options for your team, and more.
- Our partnership with Site Search makes it easy for visiting teams to find hotels when coming to our hosted swim meets. Each meet has a unique booking link you can utilize to see real-time room availability and the best rates. See below for our upcoming hosted meets.
